FAQ’s

When will I receive my order?

ASAP!

No one likes to wait to try on that bad ass dress or top they’ve ordered. Got it!

However, all items are handmade and usually made to order. Allow one week processing time (the time it takes to make your order) and then shipping time based on the shipping options you select.

When orders are heavier in volume allow two weeks processing time.

Need it sooner?

Rush orders are usually made the same or next day and sent with expedited shipping. A rush fee minimum of $45 applies.

Can I be refunded?

All sales are final. Refunds cannot be provided as these items are handmade and made to order. However, please contact us at, info@eightxvi.com.

Can I return my item?

Items must be refused at delivery (returned to sender UNOPENED, in its original packaging) in order to be returned. At which time a credit or other options can be discussed.
